All services require a non-refundable deposit and the full amount will be due during time of scheduled service. The full amount and the deposit amount will be displayed as well under the service.

Late Arrival for your Scheduled Appointment

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be cancelled ( At the discretion of the Brow Technician). After 20 minutes a $40 fee will be applied at the beginning of service if brow technician is able to service you. Anything after 25 minutes will result in a Cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.

 

​No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 72 business hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount and loss of deposit. No- Shows will NOT allowed to be rescheduled.
